Description of Project

To build 2 no. 2 bedroom bungalows and 2 no. 2 bedroom houses at Hardings Close, Kirk Ireton, which is in the Derbyshire Dales, and situated between Ashbourne and Matlock. The contract value was £407,000 and works began at the end of November 2005 and were completed in June 2006 on time and within budget. The four dwellings were a JCT design and build contract and were constructed in traditional stone with two being for rent and two for shared ownership. There have been no patent or latent defects/claims.
