Eight of the 21 properties built were released for sale on a shared ownership basis through South Northamptonshire District Council with the remaining properties retained for rent. The collection of homes sensitively reflects the architecture and character of the village and offer affordability without sacrificing location, style and quality. The homes have been made available to local people who meet special local eligibility criteria agreed by the partnership and covenants have been put in place to ensure the properties will always remain affordable to local home buyers. There have been no patent or latent defects/claims.
