LUXURY NEW HOMES RECIPIE AT WOOLLEY EDGE

The Yorkshire division of McInerney Homes, Ireland’s largest housebuilder, has commenced construction at its brand new Woolley Edge development, The Edge.

The Edge is located in a picturesque hamlet, nestled in the heart of the countryside, yet just a few minutes from the M1. The development will comprise a wide range of properties, catering for every kind of buyer. There will be a selection of two-bedroom apartments, perfect for people embarking on the property ladder, three and four-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached homes and four bedroom detached properties, ideal for second and third time buyers.

Prices start at just £184,450 for a three bedroom, Staveley style home.

The Edge is McInerney Homes’ latest development in Yorkshire, and just one of their new housing developments in the UK. McInerney are contracted to build over 1000 new homes this year alone across the country, with The Edge due to complete in early 2008.

Managing Director of McInerney Homes (Yorkshire), Paul Oldridge comments: “This scheme repeats the successful tried and tested McInerney recipe of meeting local market demand for well located, high specification homes, that come with a realistic price tag.

“The development boasts a superb location, just a couple of minutes from the M1, yet nestling in some stunning countryside. We expect demand to be high as we are offering such a wide selection of house types, catering for many different requirements and lifestyles.”

The first phase of The Edge development will include three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom semi-detached properties and four-bedroom detached houses, with the showhome scheduled to open in March 2007.
